Horsemanship How-to: Sit the Canter Comfortably
It's not always easy to sit a canter on a horse, but the key is core strength. Here are a few pointers for some help if you are having difficulty. I know that as I have grown older, I have to work at the canter harder than I did when I was younger. Thankfully I have a horse that rides like a Cadillac so sitting his canter is easy!
