The importance of balance....

At Sir Walsh Horsemanship, one of the things that is taught is you must have good balance to be able to ride a horse.  Many people think that they can just jump on and be able to stay in the saddle, no matter what the horse does.  Some people are born with good balance, but others are not.  This week's group of students worked almost every day on their balance and and as you can see from the second picture, young Meghan worked very hard practicing!  She is demonstrating a sitting trot, one handed all with a very big smile on her face.  Word of mouth has carried and next week's program is full, but the last week of camp beginning August 12, still has a couple of slots left!  Please call Program Director Lynn right away to reserve your spot today 305-522-2244.
